Applicant Privacy Notice

When you apply, we may collect your full name, email, country, opportunity preference, social/profile links, application message, optional photograph, preferred contact method, phone number or social handle, and your 18+ and contact-consent confirmations.

We use this information to review your application, understand which opportunities may be relevant, contact you, prevent fraudulent or abusive submissions, and keep an application record. Applying does not oblige you to accept an opportunity and does not guarantee acceptance.

An optional applicant photo is stored in a restricted private area of the hosting account and is visible through the authorised WordPress administration area rather than being intentionally published as public website media.

If you choose WhatsApp or Telegram, provide the phone number linked to that service, including country code. If you choose another platform, provide the platform name and exact handle/profile link needed to contact you. We will use the contact details for application-related communication.

Do not submit passport/ID scans, bank details, medical information, passwords, explicit sexual images or other highly sensitive material through the standard application form. If verification or additional documents are later required, we will explain the appropriate process.

Unsuccessful applications are normally reviewed for deletion within 12 months unless there is a legitimate reason to keep the record longer. If a relationship begins, relevant information may be retained for the relationship and required legal/contractual record keeping.

Depending on where you live, you may have legal rights over your personal information. Use the Contact page with “Privacy Request” in the subject to ask about access, correction or deletion.
