This Privacy Policy explains how Angels of P Model Management (“Angels of P”, “we”, “us”) handles information submitted through angelsofp.com or otherwise generated through use of the website. Angels of P is the brand used on this website. Where a separate legal entity is named in a contract or engagement, that entity will be the contracting party for that relationship.

Depending on how you use the site, we may collect your name, email address, country, enquiry details, modelling or creator interests, social/profile links, preferred contact method, phone number or other contact handle, messages you send us, an optional applicant photo, and confirmation that you are at least 18. Our hosting and security systems may also record technical information such as IP address, browser/device information, timestamps and security logs.

We use information to answer enquiries; assess modelling, creator, adult-modelling and referral applications; communicate with applicants; provide requested information; protect the site against abuse; maintain records; and meet contractual or legal obligations. Depending on applicable law, processing may rely on steps requested before entering a contract, legitimate business interests, legal obligations, or consent where consent is specifically required.

Applicant photos are stored in a restricted area of the website hosting account and are not intentionally published in the public WordPress Media Library. Please do not send identity documents, financial information, medical information, explicit sexual material or other highly sensitive information unless Angels of P specifically asks for it through an appropriate secure process.

Information may be accessible to authorised Angels of P personnel and service providers that support hosting, email, security and website operations, and to professional advisers where necessary. We do not sell applicant or enquiry data. We do not disclose an application to third-party platforms merely because you apply; platform-specific information may be shared later where required for an opportunity and with the applicant’s knowledge.

The website infrastructure is hosted in the United States and service providers may process information in other countries. This means information may be processed outside the country where you live. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we will use appropriate contractual or other recognised safeguards.

We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, security, dispute handling or legal obligations. Unsuccessful applications and ordinary website enquiries are normally reviewed for deletion within 12 months, unless there is a legitimate reason to keep them longer. Information relating to an ongoing model, creator, referrer or business relationship may be retained for the duration of that relationship and any required record-keeping period.
